The interview process and assessment was one of the best I've had. The process was very efficient and fun. The assessment group activities encouraged a lot of teamwork and the interviews were well organised.

I recommend candidates to research about my company prior to their application, to understand why they want to work for my company and how our values align with them. Be themselves and express their interest.
Be honest and open
Be as real as you can, the selectors are extremely successful business leaders.
I recommend that candidates do prior research about my company and understand why they want to join my company, as well as understanding what strengths or contribution they can bring to my company.
Always look for the culture and values of the company as that decides whether you will love you work or not.
