Culture at Vodafone
- Average rating for Culture, based on 9 reviews9.0 / 10
Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
The company culture is great! Everyone is very nice to each other and we all go out for coffees to catch up. My manager and GM are very supportive of their staffs and the work hours are flexible. My team are all willing to help each other and other people.
During office hours everyone in my team is professional but very helpful as should be the case in any team. I have never had a problem having my questions answered in a very detailed manner. we still have fun at work though by joking around with each other and what not. Its not a high class bank/lawyer firm after all. After work lots of us socialise with each other, most Fridays features an outing to the local pub for a parma and a drink. This usually happens with our grad groups or our respective teams. on some weekends our grad groups usually get together for some activities, so far we have done paintball, Kayaking, canoeing, hikes and of course clubbing (my favorite is Star Bar).
Flat structure and strong team-based culture

Company Culture is very relaxed, everyone is friendly and very casual which I very much enjoy.
Vodafone's culture is social, engaging and vibrant. People here work hard and play hard and we really do stay true to our purpose of putting the customer at the heart of everything we do. There is not a lot of hierarchy and if you've got a great idea, you're encouraged to share it, regardless of your role/status.
Good working culture, i have a good relationship with my team as well as the other grads, both in the office and after hours
People don't watch the clock, its okay to leave a bit early as long as the work is done. We are encouraged to work from home once a week. Hot desking is available in the office to encourage collaboration
