we generally work 9-5 there is a large scale for flexibility. in my role I can work from home when I need to. I have had injuries that require me to attend physio and have had no troubles working from home on those days. shifting your hours forwards or back is generally ok too. the onus here is usually placed on getting work done, not how many hours you spend at a desk

Standard 9 to 5 hours, if you work overtime you can take time in lieu. Sometimes you have to work weekends, but then you can take a day off during the week.

Very flexible work hours. As long as you deliver your work on time and to a great quality, work hours are flexible. After all, work is not defined by the number of hours at your desk.
