Graduate's typically get promoted every year but this is also subjected to the individual's performance.

You have to stick with your 3 years of grad program even though if you have experience/ or have capabilities. Grads are not allowed to even apply for internal roles and hire based on capabilities unless you cross your 3 year mark.

Promotion possibilities are up to the individual.

There is alot of growth opportunities, and a large amount of promotion opportunities. However, it is important to have a development plan and make your aspirations know to your capability and development managers.

During the merger it has become very unclear what career progression is available

Opportunity to move outside of your immediate skillpool to develop and progress. You can also be promoted through a technical pathway or a team leadership pathway.

Career progression looks good after the Grad Program. The 3-year Grad program is too structured, and for people with work experience is slow.
