One of the best things about working for Woodside is their flexible work. I can decide when I want to start/finish work, I typically work from home once a week and encourage to be part time if that is appropriate for my circumstances.

Woodside has flexible working policy - encourage people to take part time, working from home days and flexible start and finish time. This has received great feedback from employees

Great work culture, no fuss about asking anyone to stay late

I work very reasonable hours and flexibly when I need to.

The business is very flexible with the way we work, allowing for work to be a part of your life rather than work is your life.

-8-hours in office (7.5hrs work + .5 hr lunch) x 5 days -Overtime is rare - no expectation for junior staff to stay late to "pay their dues" or be seen as committed to the company. Overtime usually only required when deadline is approaching, or if a genuinely unexpected issue arises. If overtime is done, almost always it would be re-couped (eg if you work 2 hours late on Friday, would be totally fine to start 2-hours later on Monday) -Flexible start time (8-10am) - no one bats an eyelid if you roll into the office at 9:30am -Flexible Public Holiday (eg ability to elect to work Easter Friday/Monday, then take the days off 2 weeks later)

The office is flexible, generally I spent a few additional hours in the office every week

37.5 hours a week as a standard, but this might fluctuate depending on the workload- stay late if you have more to do, leave early if you don't. Self manage your hours to ensure that overall, it's more than 37.5. Work from home ad-hoc is fine, but if it's regular then you need to agree with your line manager. Flexible start times, but must work between 10am and 2pm

Push back to non-flexible working arrangements in the last month, was best when there was flexibility.

Office flexible working policy a little stricter than similar companies, but managers are very accommodating and open to flexible working options.

It is good that you are able to work from home and change your hours if you have external commitments
