Our goal is to reduce the reliance on the grid by storing solar energy for when it is most needed and giving customers greater control over their energy supply and consumption.
Our focus is to build long term relationships with our customer base and provide the best in class technical support.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing after-sales technical support by resolving product performance issues
• Online Monitoring of installed inverters with or without energy storage systems
• Diagnosis and issue resolution with inverter, battery and communication components of installed systems
• Providing full breadth of after sales support including analysis of faults, and recognising trends
• Working collaboratively with both customers and manufacturers (technical team)

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Recently qualified Electrical Engineer
• Superior understanding of Australian residential electricity standards and solar installer issues
• Ability to be a key member of a small team
• High levels of ability to handle pressure and multiple priorities
• Identifying trends, analysing problems and ability to think out of the box in this developing technology
• An attitude to "best in class" customer support. Please note this is non-negotiable.
