We're looking a site based Graduate Engineer to join us in a program that offers a range of unique experiences in Zinfra's operational work areas, including safety, procurement, project management and leadership development, to help shape our future business leaders.

Over the course of the two-year program, you will develop your career through a series of four six-month rotations, designed to provide you with a well-rounded view of the project lifecycle at Zinfra.

Your first rotation will see you based on site assisting the delivery of a major wind farm project in regional Victoria.

These rotations provide graduates with hands-on experience across:

  • Project Planning and Design
  • Project Programming and Procurement – project delivery while meeting financial targets through efficient procurement and effective project management
  • Project Performance – managing network assets and clients to achieve an agreed rate of return and level of performance
  • Project Delivery – utilising resources to profitably implement design, construction and maintenance work on different projects

About You:
We're looking for strong performers who have completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical/Civil/Renewables) in 2017 or will complete by the end of 2018.

Ideally, you will understand project management principals and the importance of schedule management. You'll have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse set of situations and people. With a great work ethic, your CV will also demonstrate:

  • Problem solving and issue resolution skills.
  • Awareness of engineering or project delivery.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Proven delivery of high quality work.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Project.
  • A willingness to work a site based roster travel when required.
