Join a dynamic company located in North Sydney working with a portfolio of nationally and globally recognised brands across multiple industries.

As part of the existing Program Management Team you will work with 5 or so other Program Managers with a range of experience to support our clients and deliver results across a portfolio of reward and loyalty programs.

What is the role?

Starting with training and support, you will gradually increase your responsibilities and take on your own clients. Within 6 months, you will be managing your own set of clients and executing on day to day program management independently.

Your duties would include:

  • Develop and execute on program launch plans and ongoing communication plans
  • Work with the in-house studio team to create program communications design, layout before presentation to client
  • Write and refine all communications copy and content
  • Optimise execution of program marketing tactics to ensure that relevant opportunities are provided to enhance the value of the reward programs
  • Take ownership for campaign analysis, ROI tracking and reporting for presentation to client
  • Accurate database management and member profiling
  • Servicing program queries via phone, email, social media
  • Rewards payment processing
