This is just the beginning as IAG develops new and innovative ways of doing things to set a new standard in our industry.
We encourage you to explore your potential and will provide you with the tools and support to help you achieve your career aspirations & goals.
The 18-month Graduate Program is structured with rotations across multiple divisions in Sydney and Melbourne. Giving you the opportunity to explore different projects, teams and ways of working.
We also offer study assistance initiatives if you wish to continue your education with flexible work arrangements such as working from home and leave options. The Graduate Program will help you develop skills and experience that will see you grow in new ways for your career to reach new heights.
This year we are looking for graduates with the following backgrounds and related disciplines:
Corporate Communications
We are connectors, storytellers and communicators. We help the organisation by building pride in, and an understanding of, the work IAG does. In Corporate Communications we have the best superpower of all; we know IAG and our people like the back of our hand. We use this deep knowledge of the business to help our people connect with our strategy and our purpose. We tell stories of resilience from disaster-affected areas, we share inspirational messages from our leaders, we connect teams thousands of kilometres apart and we shout stories of the IAG Spirit loud and proud. And at the heart of it – the reason we can do it at all – is that superpower: we know IAG and we know our people.
Innovation
The innovation team creates and delivers beautiful customer experiences to help build the future of Insurance. That means new products, new services, new interactions across a range of business processes, technologies and partnerships. Each project is unique, and so are our teams. Innovation is at the forefront at challenging the norm of Insurance.
We are a team of Inventors who turn great ideas into valuable new processes, products and businesses. Creatives who use Lean Start-up methodologies and design thinking inside IAG to create and test new product concepts, from MVP to market launch. We partner with everyone from internal brands and business units to other corporations.
Satellite
Satellite has been established to house challenger brands in an independent business model within IAG. Using a bold and different approach, our operating model will be relentlessly low cost and deliver value and choice to Australia's fastest growing customer segments. Our brands include Coles Insurance, SGIO, SGIC and Berkshire Hathaway Personal Lines.
As a growth engine for the Group, we serve fast-growing, price-driven customer segments. Our best-in-class, low-cost operating model and solution-focused culture delivers affordability, value and choice for our customers and enterprise value to shareholders. We will find ways to attract new customers and if a customer's need cannot be met by another IAG brand, we play a role to keep them in the family.
