We are looking for a Client Success Associate to join our team in Canberra to work on this exciting initiative; and build a career for yourself within IBM.

What will you be doing?

  • Helping to maximise the value our Clients achieve from the agreement
  • Contributing to client success by supporting the execution of the contract
  • Gathering data, preparing draft reports, sharing insights
  • Being the primary contact for administrative and software licensing enquiries from stakeholders
  • Providing administrative support and learning from the commercial, technical and sales focussed members of the IBM Client team

What skills do you need?

  • Ability to build strong relationships with speed
  • High attention to detail
  • Solid written and verbal communication
  • Proven track record of working on multiple priorities at any given time

What experience do you need?

  • Recent Graduate
  • Business and/or technology aptitude
  • Demonstrated experience in an office environment, preferably with a focus on customer service or sales.

Due to the nature of this work, you must hold an Australian Citizenship at the time of applying for this role.
