Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for effective functioning of the key processes of the Sales Department
  • A primary point of contact for sales force automation operation and training
  • Prepare reports for both clients, the sales department and management team
  • Responsible for completing a thorough on-boarding process for all new and renewing clients
  • Research market opportunities and current client base for the Business Development Manager
  • Support the Australasia Business Development Manager in fulfilling sales objectives
  • Prepare and maintain various records, documents, files and reports for the Sales Department

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Any experience in Administration or Relationship Management will be regarded
  • You must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven strong customer focus with a desire to serve internal and external customers
  • Must have the ability to successfully manage numerous projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of process improvement with the ability to implement change
  • Proficiency in all MS Office application
