Blair [00:00:07] So if you're interested in applying for a graduate position here at IAG, the criteria that we have for all grads joining our program is first and foremost, we welcome a university degree grad that you've graduated with a university degree within the last year, that you've achieved a credit average of 65 or above, and obviously that you are an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident of those country, then absolutely we will certainly look at your application. We don't necessarily rely on work experience. It's certainly something we would look at and and value as part of your application. But that fundamental criteria is that you have that university degree and a credit average of 65 and above. And of course you have work rights for Australia and New Zealand.
