Blair [00:00:12] So once you join the program here at IAG, the best piece of advice I would offer you which really aligns to our culture and our values is to remain curious, ask questions because you're in a really safe space to learn, to ask questions, to evolve, to find your own sort of corporate identity, if you like. So welcome to knowledge and expertise. Welcome to constructive criticism. Learn through others, make really good observation. And our CEO Nick Hawkins is really big around trying to create a learning culture and really fosters that environment. So if you can remain curious throughout the program and beyond, then I guarantee you'll have a really successful career here at IAG.
