Justin [00:00:03] What is probably the most exciting or the coolest benefit of working as a grad at IAG?
Blair [00:00:08] So if you're lucky enough to join IAG, then you will absolutely agree that it is our culture and how we come together to really powerfully and consistently deliver on our purpose and our strategy. And our purpose is to make the world a safer place. So we're really motivated by that unique culture that celebrates things like honesty, creativity, empathy, equity and collaboration. And we call it the IAG way. And at our organisation you really pick up on that. We really think that the way that plays out is we have a ready for anything mindset and it's really sets the tone, you know, to take positive actions and achieve positive outcomes. You know, we put our heart into everything that we do here at IAG and that really allows not only us to benefit but, you know, our customers and our communities to benefit as well. So we're brimming with ideas, with ambition... We want to be bold, but also employ that risk intelligence as well to make a difference where it really matters the most. And I think that is probably one of the coolest things about working at IAG.
