Justin [00:00:03] And what do you recommend students study who are looking for a great job at IAG? 

Blair [00:00:08] So if you're looking to join the IAG grad program, we actually hire across a number of streams across IAG. And the streams are technology and operations, at risk, finance, actuarial and analytical, and also insurance as well. So within each of those streams, we look for both non-technical, non-technical, and technical disciplines. So it might be we look for engineering or commerce or business, but even if it's a non-technical role. Finance, it could be a quantitative or statistics or mathematics degree. So really a variety of technical and non-technical disciplines is something we look for from you.
