Justin [00:00:03] So can you share what happens in the assessment centre at IAG for new grads? How does that all sort of look?
Blair [00:00:09] If your application has proceeded and you're successful enough to come and be invited along to our assessment centre, we actually call this day an engagement day. And during that day, there'll be three key activities that happen and you'll be given enough support to ensure that you're ready for all of these three activities. So the first activities, we bring you all together is an application cohort. And we talk about our values, our culture, and all about the graduate program. The next part of the day, you'll take part in an activity related to the stream that you're applying for. So you may have applied for the technology and operations team finance, risk, analytics, and actuarial or the insurance stream. After that activity, that group activity, then you get to participate in your one on one interview. So lots of opportunity for you to get to know us and for us to get to know you during that engagement day.
