Calum [00:00:08] For me, the hardest part of the application process was probably the video interview just I used the process of answering questions in a really genuine way, but actually it's sort of through a video, so just having to make sure that you're answering them and speaking in a conversational way. But still, while in the video format can be a little bit tricky.
