The Jetstar Group has airlines in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan and Vietnam. We now have over 130 aircraft offering more than 5000 flights a week to over 85 places across the Asia Pacific Region.

Our two-year rotational program offers a diverse, exciting and supporting environment designed to develop your technical capabilities and prepare you for future leadership positions. Through the programme you will get a range of experiences across the business that will set you up to fly high within Jetstar.

We offer two programs as follows:

  • A generalist program which will see you rotating through 4 x 6-month rotations. We believe that some of the best experiences are gained through exposure to different departments. Rotations could include areas such as safety, engineering, ground operations, networks and planning, sales and marketing, corporate communications, digital, product and ancillary revenue, revenue management, customer care, strategy, IT and human resources.
  • A finance-streamed graduate programme. Finance graduates have a minimum of 2 rotations within 2 different finance functions, with the remaining rotations through other areas of the business.

Upon successful completion of the 2-year program, you may gain a permanent position, kick-starting a successful career in aviation.
