The Graduate Program is structured around building your abilities through rotations, learning and development opportunities and support. To learn and grow as much as possible during your time on the program it is essential that you are prepared to relocate.

The People function partners with the business to provide an HR operational service focused on achieving the strategic objectives of John Holland through five key specialist areas:

  • Employee Relations
  • Industrial Relations
  • Migration & Global Mobility
  • Talent, Diversity & Development
  • Resourcing

As a Human Resources Graduate, you could be based in the office or supporting the HR function directly on site on an Infrastructure, Building or Rail project. You will be providing advice and guidance on a wide range of HR related matters with the opportunity to support the implementation and delivery of development programs and key people initiatives.

  • Preferred majors: Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations and Psychology
