By Joining a public sector agency renowned for innovative practices, you will gain practical knowledge and experience across our business, laying the foundation for a successful career in the public sector.

Successful graduates will work on a variety of projects across the business which make use of your individual qualifications, skills, experience and interests. Additionally, you will work with people who value collaboration, flexibility and innovation.

During the program you'll be supported by an experienced mentor from within the business, participate in a tailored professional development program (both on and off the job), build networks with current and past graduates from within Landgate and across the public sector, and have access to our extensive wellbeing program.

Our Aboriginal Graduate Project Officers have access to a number of support options throughout the program, including informal mentoring with other Aboriginal staff, and access to our Employee Assistance Program – a free, confidential counselling service provided for you and your eligible family members, paid for by Landgate. You'll also get the chance to contribute to Aspire – Landgate's Aboriginal Economic Participation Strategy.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Enjoy working with others and being a team player
  • Be a creative, innovative thinker
  • Have great problem-solving skills
  • Be able to organise yourself to meet deadlines
  • Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude

Also, our values are vitally important to how we do our business – you'll need to be able to demonstrate you are the right cultural fit for our business. You can find out more about our values on our website, as well as more about what we can offer you as an employer.

To be part of our program, you will need a Bachelor degree or higher that was (or will be) completed in 2017, 2018 or 2019. Graduates across all disciplines are encouraged to apply.

Have you ticked all these boxes? If so, don't delay, apply today!

If you don't want to miss out on this great opportunity, apply now by:

  • Providing a copy of your academic record or evidence of your degree (so we can confirm you are a recent graduate)
  • Providing a CV that highlights your talents, and includes the contact details for two referees

Vacancies will be offered on a full time or part time fixed term basis. If a similar vacancy in a similar location becomes available in the next 12 months, applicants deemed suitable may be considered.

The recommended applicants for all positions at Landgate are required to provide a current National Police Clearance that is less than six months old prior to offer of appointment. It is the responsibility of the applicant to incur all costs associated with a Police Clearance.

Please make sure you get your application to us by the closing time as we are unable to accept late applications.
