With a national delivery capability, combined with a sector-focussed approach, Lendlease Building provides innovative and industry-leading project management, design and construction services driven by detailed sector knowledge and experience.

We love a challenge and solving problems. Our clients come to us when it's important: to handle complexity, drive diversity, sustainability, offer strategic and long term value, and to create innovative solutions.

We are currently delivering a range of flagship building projects across our sectors of Commercial, Residential, Health, Defence, Government, Urban Regeneration, Retail & Mixed Use throughout Australia; projects like the 72-storey Crown Hotel Precinct in Sydney (NSW), Darling Square (NSW), ANU Union Court (ACT), Melbourne Conservatorium of Music (VIC), Joan Kirner Women's and Children's Hospital (VIC), NACC (New Air Combat Capability) in Tindal (NT) & RNA Showgrounds (QLD).

As a Graduate Site Engineer, you would work alongside the wider construction project teams responsible for coordinating and monitoring the activities and efforts of contractors and suppliers onsite to ensure construction is completed within schedule and cost. This will involve supporting the project across safety, quality, cost and program.

Coupled with your passion for the Built Environment, we are looking for students with degrees in:

  • Construction Management
  • Project Management
  • Engineering (Civil/Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics/Robotics)
  • Architecture
  • Property Development or any related discipline

As a Lendlease graduate, you will become part of a diverse team-based environment where you will have the opportunity to work with truly experienced professionals, in a culture that ensures you develop and grow – in fact many of our leaders began their career as part of our Graduate Program.

Throughout the two-years you will be supported by a structured learning and development program, which includes a variety of on the job assignments, developing lasting networks with both senior leaders and fellow graduates and participation in social and well-being activities.

We look for graduates who are motivated, ready to challenge their capabilities and driven to make a difference, with a commitment to safety, sustainability and diversity. Our projects can be found around the country, so it is essential you are prepared to relocate to regional areas when required.

Lendlease is a diverse, flexible and inclusive employer of choice. We engage, enable and empower our people. Inclusion sets us all up for success.
