Our Management Trainee Program

This program is the proving ground of our future leaders. It's challenging and fast-paced with a steep learning curve.

You'll get hands-on experience of the inner workings of a successful, market-leading FMCG company, as you collaborate & learn from some of the most passionate, creative and intelligent people you'll ever meet.

Your rotations may take you across our varied areas of business. Is there a better way for a motivated and entrepreneurial graduate to experience L'Oréal in full? We don't think so.

Some of our previous graduates are now launching new brands. Some of them are spearheading process improvement projects that will be implemented company-wide. Some of them have re-imagined the role of digital marketing for our brands. Some of them have project managed E-commerce portal launches. Some are high-flying expats scattered throughout the world.

One thing they all have in common, is a profound impact on the business, and they learnt their trade through our Management Trainee program.

We take great pride in our Management Trainees, and great pride in the work they do. As such, we invest heavily in their training, support and development.

Here are some of the key features of our program:

  • Rotational 6 month assignments across different business divisions and functions.
