Our Management Trainee Program

You'll get hands-on experience of the inner workings of a successful, market-leading fast paced FMCG company, as you collaborate & learn from some of the most passionate, creative and intelligent people you'll ever meet.

Some of our previous graduates are now launching new brands. Some of them are spearheading process improvement projects that will be implemented company-wide. Some of them have re-imagined the role of digital marketing for our brands. Some of them have project managed E-commerce portal launches. Some are high-flying expats scattered throughout the world.

The Financial Management Trainee role will involve:

  • Rotations across our different divisions: Active Cosmetics, Consumer Products, Luxe, Professional Products and Corporate.
  • Validating accounting flows (both general and analytical) and completing forms for third parties
  • Drafting balance/general balance reconciliation statements and justifications of accounts within the required deadlines, ensuring that the cut-off dates of the accounting periods met
  • Checking that the Group's accounting procedures and principles are properly applied in relation to orders, payment deadlines, accounting charges, etc
  • Managing reporting tasks to internal and external global stakeholders
  • Drafting the monthly reconciliation as well as the justification of discrepancies
  • Responsibility for reporting and analysing business results
  • Active participation in projects related to improving efficiencies and business result
  • Opportunities to work closely with the business units and across different brands

About You

We are looking for passionate, entrepreneurial and innovative graduates to help us create the future of Beauty, commencing either July 2018 or Jan 2019. You will forge your own career path, going beyond what you thought was possible by reacting fast and taking risks.

We expect you to be degree qualified. You will need to have strong communication skills, ambition and be able to work well in a team. You will need to have leadership skills, but you will need to take direction as well. We'll expect you to be able to hit the ground running, so you will ideally have some work or internship experience.

You must either be an Australian Permanent Resident or an Australian/NZ Citizen to apply. Students who do not have these working rights will not be considered.
