Mirvac’s Commercial Development team are developing a new Premium Grade commercial tower in Ann St in the CBD that will be the new home for Suncorp on completion in 2022. The local Development team are proud to be setting new benchmarks for Smart Buildings, Worlds best Practice sustainability in delivering a distinctly ‘Queensland’ designed office tower that will take pride of place in the Mirvac Property Trust portfolio upon completion. Mirvac Asset Management will take over responsibility for the ongoing managing the project following completion of  construction by Mirvac Constructions as the most recent example of the Mirvac approach to being responsible for the ‘whole of life’ for our commercial developments.

Commercial Development & Residential Development Team Graduate Role – Brisbane CBD based  

What will you be doing in your program

Within an 12 month rotational program across our the Residential Development team & Commercial Development team; you will be mentored by senior leaders of Mirvac’s Queensland residential & commercial business and assist in a number of key projects and reports assisting the team to undertaking key projects across Development Management, Consultant Management, Design Development, Project Feasibility, Land Acquisition and Project finalisation and preparation of the half year results. 

You will have access to broader Group activities including the chance to contribute to the community via our volunteering program, take part in social events, visit and learn more about our development sites and investment properties. 

Our mentoring program will help you be at your best and gain the most out of your time at Mirvac.

• Participation of active projects both within your team and within our Innovation Projects;
• Learning programs to build upon your professional and technical skills;
• Networking opportunities across business teams and our Executive Leadership Team;
• Guided lectures each week from our Management Leadership Teams;

About you

Are you passionate about the property industry and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment? Do you look forward to challenges, are open to learning and possess excellent communication skills?

Applications are open to those who have completed or are completing a bachelor’s degree in either of the following; Property & Planning, Architecture, Urban Planning, Property Economics & Business and are due to graduate by the end of 2019.

This role is open to Australian / New Zealand citizens, Australian permanent residents and international students eligible to work in Australia full time.
