Mirvac's Office & Industrial Division (O&I) is an integrated business focused on development, investment and asset management on behalf of Mirvac and 3rd party capital partners. We currently have a development pipeline which will deliver over $3b in new assets and manage over $14b in office & industrial assets.

Office and Industrial Finance Team Internship – Sydney
What will you be doing in your program


As the O&I Finance team intern you will be mentored by the National Finance Manager for our Office and Industrial Division and work with teams in development, asset management, investment and funds management. The O&I finance team partners with the business to help deliver key strategic priorities and provide value-added analysis and insight for internal and external stakeholders.

You will have access to broader Group activities including the chance to contribute to the community via our volunteering program, take part in social events, visit and learn more about our development sites and investment properties.

Our mentoring program will help you be at your best and gain the most out of your time at Mirvac.

Internship Structure
This is a full-time summer internship program designed to assist you to build your career in the Property & Construction Industry.

  • 12 weeks full-time Summer Internship within your team based at our Sydney CBD HQ.
  • Participation of active projects both within your team and within our Innovation Projects
  • Learning programs to build upon your professional and technical skills
  • Networking opportunities across business teams and our Executive Leadership Team
  • Guided lectures each week from our Management Leadership Teams
  • Support structure including the Team Manager who will mentor you, Buddy and Intern Program HR Team

At the completion of your summer program, a review meeting will be conducted, and you may be offered the opportunity to continue within your team in a tailorable working structure (Full time, Part-Time or Casual throughout 2020 and beyond). This is based upon your performance throughout the summer and dependent on available business project workload and will be openly discussed throughout your summer program. Your continued employment beyond the program is not guaranteed, but there may be an opportunity for you and this is reviewed on a case by case basis for each student participating in the program.

About you

Are you passionate about the property industry and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Do you look forward to challenges, are open to learning and possess excellent communication skills?

Applications are open to those who have completed or are completing a bachelor's degree in either of the following; Accounting, Business, Commerce, Applied Finance or Property Economics and are due to graduate by the end of 2019 or 2020.

This role is open to Australian / New Zealand citizens, Australian permanent residents and international students eligible to work in Australia full time.
