Who are we looking for?

We're looking to discover graduates with leadership potential and commercial acumen. Graduates who are driven for results, innovative and adaptable will succeed within our highly regarded Technical & Production teams.

Eligibility for the Next Gen Nestlé Graduate program

• A completed University Degree majoring in Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or Food Technology, the last 2 years or in your final year of completion
• Ability to work in Australia – permanent residency or citizenship
• A current drivers licence
