How does salary progression in Teach for Australia work?

Once our associates finish the 2-year program, they then go on to a full-time salary at the appropriate scale. That's at the discretion of the school, but the 2-year experience you had in the program is taken into consideration when thinking about the scale. 

Leadership positions are also available after the 2-year program which have their own remuneration incentives.
