About the opportunity

As a Sales Consultant, you will be assigned a portfolio of established business accounts, selling chemical, ingredients and raw materials. Using your excellent people skills, you will forge strong relationships with clients, building up sales, negotiating pricing and formulating trade strategies.

You will gain valuable experience in business to business (B2B) sales and business development (BDM). You will learn and share industry knowledge and market intelligence with the wider sales team.

Realising sales goals will see your career grow at Redox, with those who achieve targets being rewarded. Over time you will be given opportunities to progress throughout the business, with different challenges available to everyone.

About you

As a recent graduate, you are looking to start your career, keen to learn and be developed into a successful and leading sales person.

You are organised with exceptional time management skills, possessing strong analytical ability, resourcefulness and curiosity, with excellent attention to detail.

Ideally you'd have an understanding or interest in chemicals/chemicals industry, due to the nature of the products we distribute.

Essentials (must haves to be considered)

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Science or Business/Commerce.
  • Citizenship or permanent residence status.
  • Drivers Licence and car.
  • High quality communication and interpersonal skills; written, verbal and in presentation settings. Including a professional and courteous phone style.
