Your role

As the Business Insights Graduate, your role will be to work with the Supply Chain team to provide analytical and process support to ensure product availability to end customers while optimising company resources.

Other priorities in this role include:

  • Executing functional reporting for various areas across the team in accordance with deadlines.
  • Develop reporting tools to facilitate the efficient and accurate representation of supply chain data.
  • Provide analytical support to the team members to analyse large sets of data in a meaningful way.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders including customers and wholesalers
  • Lead and support Supply Chain project initiatives

About you

Sanofi is seeking Graduates who possess the following qualities:

  • Have an interest in health and Science and completed an undergraduate degree in the areas of business, Commerce or Business Intelligence, from a recognised tertiary institution.

  • Build positive business relationships
  • Have Good attention to detail
  • Possess sound communication skills with the ability to ask questions
  • The ability to see a problem or situation from different points of view
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Have ambition, be curious and relentless 
  • Are eager to develop themselves and will take ownership of their role
  • Graduates that have demonstrable proficiency or previous experience with Analytical tools such as Advanced Excel, Power Query, and PowerBI will be highly regarded
