What's involved
Each year a new intake of science and planning graduates embark on their two-year program. Areas of interest are; biodiversity, land & fire management, water, agriculture and planning. As a new graduate, you will attend a formal induction which provides a chance for you to get to know your fellow graduates and to start working with your supervisor. As a graduate, you will generally be expected to undertake three rotations of eight months, many roles living and working in regional Victoria. An opportunity to take your passion and assist in Victoria's sustainability and growth, and wherever you go, you'll be learning from experts in your field.
Support
You will have a location supervisor for each rotation and a coordinating supervisor, who will support you for the duration of the program. Both supervisors will be involved in mentoring and developing work plans to ensure you have opportunities for learning, development and career growth. You will also be provided a graduate buddy.

Applications open early July each year for commencement - Nov through to Feb.
Eligibility criteria
To be eligible you need to be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or permanent resident of Australia and have completed a degree within the last 5 years. Students completing their degrees this year should apply.
