Your Role

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to our sales teams through best-practice lead management and customer experience.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Handling wide range of incoming enquiries
  • Providing a quality, empathetic customer experience
  • Participating in outbound call campaigns to reach out to customers in relation to Stockland initiatives and increase conversion and sales 
  • Nurturing and qualifying sales leads to provide phone based support to the sales leaders associated with the Stockland projects and communities
  • Assist with all aspects of the sales conversion process, deploying quality data enrichment processes
  • Enhance Stockland's Leadership position and reputation through sustainable and responsible practices

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a customer centric role in a sales and service environment
  • Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Experience managing customer data and relevant information in a customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Sales and lead-nurturing orientation
  • The ability to work collaboratively and influence desired outcomes with a range of key stakeholders across multiple business unit
  • Self-initiative and ability to think outside the box

Working weekday afternoons/evenings (until 8pm) and/or weekends (until 5pm), this role would suit a candidate who is studying or seeking a flexible work arrangement. This role can be either part time or full time.
