The Opportunity…

If you live and breathe technology and are passionate about creating and delivering awesome customer experiences, this is an opportunity to dive into the day-to-day operations of co-working fintech hub Stone & Chalk.

The Tech & Digital Assistant will work alongside our CTO and be responsible for ensuring that our entrepreneurs and community members receive an extraordinary experience by managing and executing on key technology projects. You will support the CTO in implementing new technology. This includes performing detailed research, collating content and mapping processes around our start-up residents and corporate partners.

Detailed research and documentation into:

  • Robotics / Innovative Reception Systems
  • Innovative Security Access systems
  • Printing Solutions
  • Network Monitoring Solutions
  • Other innovative technologies as required

Content Collation:

  • Building an informational wiki for residents (project management skills)
  • Design of the internal wiki (design capability is desired, not mandatory)

Process Mapping:

  • Documenting current processes re: residents, corporate partners, etc.

What Will Help You Succeed?

  • HTLM/CSS/JS strongly desired. Experience with Adobe Suite also preferable
  • Must be available minimum 2 days a week minimum
  • You will need to BYO your own laptop and Mobile phone
