The TAL Internship Program has been designed to challenge you by providing 10 weeks' experience immersed in one of our Product or Pricing teams. Over this period, you will not only gain insights into the Life Insurance industry and people at TAL, but you'll also take away practical experience to help set up your career.

At the end of the Internship, you will have the opportunity to apply and have your application fast-tracked for our Graduate program commencing in February 2021.

Throughout the program you will receive:

About you:

When it comes to selecting interns for our program, we're looking for candidates who have:

  • a strong academic track-record
  • effective communication skills with a curious mind and a willingness to learn
  • high level of initiative and drive
  • a desire to help Australians make the most of their life

Eligibility:

  • You will be an Australian/New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
  • You are currently in your penultimate year of study and due to Graduate by December 2020
  • You are available to work from 25th November 2019 – 14th February 2020 (excluding a 2 week shut-down period over Christmas)
