  • To gain the knowledge, skills, commercial and practical experience in a business function (Strategy Analyst, Procurement, Information and Records Management, Fleet Management and Facilities Management) to facilitate a move to a suitable substantive position within the organisation (or industry) by completion of the graduate placement.
  • To assist TasNetworks to meet business objectives by undertaking projects and duties within various workgroups, commensurate with the individual's developing knowledge and skills.
  • To participate in TasNetworks' Graduate Program.

This position is primarily based within the Finance and Business Services Business Unit with opportunities to work within other Business Units identified to support the career development of the Graduate and the needs of TasNetworks.

Skills You Need

Education / Qualifications

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Business/ Commerce, Accounting or vocational specific (Procurement, Information Management/Information Science, Fleet Management and Facilities Management)
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computing skills (PC based MS Operating Systems and MS Office Suite)
  • Ability to manage competing tasks and priorities

  • Vocational experience in similar industry/sector, including: Procurement
  • Information and Records Management
  • Fleet Management
  • Facilities Management
  • Or other relevant commercial or business experience
