About the Position

As a Campus Brand Ambassador, you will support the recruitment team to identify and inspire diverse and high-calibre potential applicants to engage with Teach For Australia's mission, and apply for TFA's Leadership Development Program. You will enjoy a high degree of independence and autonomy, and will be supported with continuing professional development from the recruitment team. You will work with a small team of fellow Campus Brand Ambassadors to aid TFA's recruitment efforts.

About You

  • You are passionate about TFA's mission, are a strong fit with our core values, and want to be part of an ambitious organisation.
  • You enjoy working independently and autonomously, but recognise the power of collaboration and collective action.
  • You are persuasive and are energized by building relationships and compelling others.
  • You are highly motivated, resilient and organised, and can juggle a number of competing priorities.
  • You want to develop your professional skills and networks and gain insight into the organisation of one of Australia's top 100 Graduate employers.

Note: Successful candidates will be required to attend a three-day training and induction workshop held in Melbourne in January 2019 (most likely the week of 28th January 2019), to prepare you for the task ahead. Travel, accommodation and meals will be provided.

How to Apply

Candidates will need to answer questions in an online application and submit their CV via email to [email protected], with the subject line 'Application: Campus Brand Ambassador'. Applications will be accepted until midnight on Tuesday 6th November 2018, however application screening will occur on a rolling basis. Full details and job description can be found on our website. Enquiries can be directed to [email protected]

You are an adviser, a counsellor, a cheerleader, a boundary-setter, and on any given day you can be both the best and worst person in the world (if your students had any say, that is!).
