• Individuals who are happy to work solo or as part of a team
• Great listeners and communicators – you know how to talk tech to non-technical people
• You have a keen interest in business process improvement and the drive to provide a compelling customer experience
• Awesome time managers who can solve problems and use good judgement
• A recent degree in Information Technology (and related degrees), Business, Science or Engineering
