The Opportunity

This graduate position will see you become a true generalist in Human Resources. Working with an inclusive team your day to day will always be different. Some days you can expect to be working on talent acquisition and attraction strategies. Whilst others you will be immersed in employee relations sometimes being the first point of contact for our Journey Makers. Throughout the program you can expect to have exposure to Enterprise Agreements, industrial relations, performance management, diversity and inclusion initiatives and learning and development.

What you bring

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • The ability to develop and maintain effective relationships
  • The ability to prioritise and managing time effectively
  • Being a quick learner is essential in the Transdev environment
  • You will hold a degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Finally we are all about a positive attitude and resilience, if something doesn't go your way we want you to try again!
