About the role

Our Logistics Scheduler is an important role in our supply chain operations. As a Logistics Scheduler you will be accountable for the critical and strategic scheduling of bitumen, chemicals and bulk lubricants as needed by our customers. You will use a planning tool to effectively schedule these products, ensuring the timely and accurate resolution of all queries. You could be looking for your first professional role having recently completed tertiary studies in Logistics or Supply Chain, or an experienced logistics professional returning to the workforce following time away. This opportunity is for 12 months Fixed Term contract. About you

To be successful in this role you will be a customer focused problem solver with experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Logistics or Analytics. You may have recently completed studies in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and looking for a role where your skills can be developed and looking to further your career in logistic and supply chain operations. You will have good communication skills and comfortable dealing with internal and external stakeholders often trouble shooting and proving solutions in real time. You will have experience in using ERP systems such as SAP and JD Edwards and a working understanding of relevant HSSE. You will be a team player with knowledge of Road Transport Logistics (Dangerous Goods, Chain of Responsibility & Fatigue Laws).
