Sales Role:
Associate Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be responsible for selling the company's products and services via telephone. A typical day involves speaking with customers and partners that are considering purchasing VMware products. You will be responding to inbound and outbound calls. The ISR is held accountable to closing sales and placing orders typically generated by national advertising and/or referrals. You will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience via our sales model, while maximizing revenue and margin generation.
Technical Role:
Associate Systems Engineer (Pre-Sales)
The Systems Engineer will grow to support VMware Sales and VMware Partner representatives and is responsible for finding opportunities within accounts and identifying issues that may affect customer satisfaction or revenue attainment. The role requires an understanding of current server change, configuration, and compliance management, application discovery, provisioning and Vmware virtualization and application technologies. The Associate requires the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences. The Associate SE will shadow other SEs and Technical Services personnel, reinforcing and putting into practice the acquired knowledge.

The Associate Consultant will work with our highly talented and experienced VMware Professional Services Team to deliver creative solutions to our customers to help unlock the benefits of our VMware products. In this role, you will use your technical, consultative and interpersonal skills to support the successful implementation of VMWare software solutions (Cloud, Mobility, Network/Security) in a variety of industry verticals and customer environments. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the client and other team members on the day-to-day tasks involved with the solution delivery, including, but not limited to: planning, customer assessments, system configuration, testing, training, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution.
