Zinfra 2018 Estimator Graduate

The Graduate Program – Estimator position - provides aspiring graduates a range of unique experiences in estimating, proposal writing, project management and leadership development to help shape our future business leaders. This experience will help you generate a greater understanding of our strategy and market development function, and the scale of our operations. Over the course of the two-year program, graduates develop their career through a series of four six-month rotations strategically designed to provide a well-rounded view of Zinfra's business, and our strategy and market development competencies.

These rotations provide graduates with hands-on experience in:

• Estimating – including scoping, estimation, scheduling and tender pricing methods
• Proposals – including work winning processes, proposal writing, governance and gating procedures
• Operations – including the whole Project Lifecycle in the field
