We're looking for a Commercial Graduate to join us in a program that offers a range of unique experiences in Zinfra's Commercial disciplines including support to the Zinfra Operations and Projects teams.

Over the course of the two-year program, you will develop your career through a series of four six -month rotations, designed to provide you with a well-rounded view of the work within the Commercial team both learning and contributing to team goals.

These rotations provide you with hands-on experience across:

  • Managing delivery from sub -contractors and other suppliers to Zinfra.
  • Coordination of client responses and reports relating to operations and risk.
  • Working with Australian standard construction , operations and maintenance contracts and their application.
  • Negotiate with parties both internal and external to achieve financially viable outcomes.

About You:
We're looking for a strong performer who has completed a Bachelor of Engineering, Project Management, Business Commerce or Law in 2017 or will do so by the end of 2018.

Ideally, you will have a basic understanding of commercial principles and practical application. You'll have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse set of situations and people. With a great work ethic, your CV will also demonstrate:

  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail to ensure high quality work is presented to the business.
  • Sound communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Highly competent PC skills with ability to utilise a range of software packages, particularly Excel & Word.
  • Sound analytical, interpretive and problem solving skills.
  • A willingness to travel when required.
