We're looking for a Finance Graduate to join us in a program that offers a range of unique experiences in Zinfra's Finance disciplines including financial accounting, management accounting, tax, and audit, through a structured rotation program.

Over the course of the two-year program, you will work within the Finance team both learning and contributing to team goals. Support towards a professional qualification (CPA) will be provided and will complement the work place learnings.

These rotations provide you with hands-on experience across:

  • Financial Reporting – Balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger journals, cost allocation
  • Management Accounting – monthly reporting to cost centres, variance analysis and reporting, support the budget setting process
  • Internal Audits
  • Internal controls and risk management - maintaining the integrity and consistency of the GL and the specific individual accounts and use of the SAP elements
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to ensure compliance to accounting standards and audit requirements

About You:
We're looking for a strong performer who has completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics & Finance or Accounting) in 2017 or will complete by the end of 2018.

Ideally, you will have a basic understanding of compiling and preparing reports coupled with the ability to interpret financial information and explain in non-finance terms. You will also have:

  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail to ensure that high quality work is presented to the business.
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Sound communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Highly competent PC skills with ability to utilise a range of software packages, particularly Excel & Word.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Sound analytical, interpretive and problem solving skills.
  • A willingness to travel when required.

All candidates must upload their relevant certificates and transcripts to be considered for this role.
