We're looking for a Human Resources Graduate to join us in a program that offers a range of unique experiences in Zinfra's People function, learning a range of HR processes and supporting systems, to help shape our future business leaders.

Over the course of the two-year program, you will develop your career through a series of four six-month rotations, designed to provide you with a well-rounded view of the People function at Zinfra.

These rotations provide you with hands-on experience across:

  • Recruitment activities such as interviews, pre-employment assessments, and employment contracts
  • Payroll and Remuneration support
  • Delivery of HR inductions
  • Employee data and organisation structure maintenance

About You:
We're looking for a dedicated individual who has completed a Bachelor of Management in Human Resources in 2017 or will complete by the end of 2018. You will bring a basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, processes and guidelines, and a focus on delivering exceptional service. Your communication skills are second to none, and you always strive to deliver work to the highest standard. Your CV will also demonstrate:

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with others to get results
  • Highly competent in a range of software packages, with Advanced Microsoft knowledge.
  • Exposure to the Fair Work Act and other relevant employment law is an advantage.
  • Sound analytical, interpretive and problem solving skills
  • A willingness to travel when required.
