7-Eleven 2019 Graduate Program

Want to join a market leader for your Graduate program experience where you get to have 4 six month rotations across vastly different functions. Start off in Operations, move to Finance, onto People and Talent and then finally Marketing as an example – what Graduate Program allows you do to that?

The Grad Program

The rotational 2 year program allows you to have a variety of experiences that will help you to build your career with us. You'll be given a Grad buddy (former Graduate), a Career Coach who will help mentor and guide you and an opportunity to work on a grad specific business initiative that you help to shape. With ongoing support from the People and Talent team and wider business, the opportunity is there to learn, develop and build your career.

Day to day you could be helping to coordinate a new store layout, improve existing processes or even assist with Slurpee flavours or trialling facial recognition through our digital marketing function – what Graduate Program allows you to do that?

About You

• Bachelor or Master's Degree with a Distinction Average or higher
• Previous Retail Experience
• Solid Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
• Excellent Presentation Skills
• Team Player
• Strong written and verbal communications
