Join our Store Support Centre Program and fast track your career in our corporate office by gaining a mix of technical, operational and leadership skills working alongside key leaders across the business. You can choose one of the many business areas we offer, such as Digital, Strategy, Marketing, Merchandise (Buying & Trading), and Finance to name a few. You can even try a different area at the end of year one – the choice is yours!

What makes our program unique?

Generalist program structure – The program offers you four team rotations across 16 business streams, and at the end of the first year, you will have the opportunity to rotate into a different business stream. There are options to suit every degree and interest!

Professional learning and development – Induction, specifically designed professional learning and development sessions continuously throughout the program, workshops, and presentations to senior leaders and directors across the business means you will be constantly learning.

Creative and dynamic work environment – No two days will be the same with ownership of real projects that impact thousands and shape the Australian retail landscape. You will be encouraged to challenge the way we do things and be exposed to different teams and business streams throughout you Graduate rotations. You will build a breadth of knowledge with your cross functional Graduate huddle groups while you work on solving real business problems.

Learn from great leaders – You will have an extensive support network (Line Manager, HR Business Partner, Accelerator Coach, Buddy, Huddle Group Moderator, Peers and Graduate alumni) to assist you in creating an interesting and successful career. You will be given regular feedback to assist you with refining and building a strong skillset.

Am I eligible?

To be eligible for the Operations Graduate Program, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be an Australian / New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application.
  • Have completed a minimum of a bachelor degree prior to starting on the program – we don’t mind when this was completed!

So how do I apply?

It's simple to apply for the Coles Graduate Program! There are 5 stages to the recruitment process; if you are successful you will progress to the next stage. We will keep you informed at each stage.

  1. Online Application: 13th February 2018 – 1st  April 2018 at 11:59pm
  2. Psychometric Testing: 5th of March 2018 – 11th April 2018
  3. Video Interview: 12th March 2018 – 27th April 2018
  4. Assessment Centre: Held nationally in May 2018
  5. Offer of Employment: May 2018
