Deluxe 2019 Graduate Program

Deluxe is a global company in the Media and Entertainment Industry. We specialise in post-production and distribution services including visual effects, broadcast, localisation and distribution of Film and Television content, working with industry leaders who rely on Deluxe's experience and expertise. We have worked on a number of Oscar and Emmy Nominated content with some of our Australian teams nominated for these awards as well. This is a one-year program and we are looking at 5 Graduates to join the team. We have 4 different streams for our Graduate Program:

• Digital Operations and Broadcast Operations
• Broadcast Engineering
• Client Services and Account Management
• Audio

You will go through a period of training with each team and you will have a mentor who will guide and coach you. The expectation is that in that period of time, you will be trained and upskilled to be able to operate and deliver work independently.
