We have this Mentor program where you get to choose someone to learn from. For example, I have an animation mentor from the department, and he's willing to help me grow and learn different tips in where to start and onwards.

The graduate program is great but all of what is promised is not delivered and sometimes you will have to push for your development. It can be more adhoc than an actual "program"
