Financial Planning and Analysis
- Assist in preparing selected project related financials of IDM Division including budgeting and forecasting exercises. Presentations to management may be requested.
- Business partnering in portfolio analysis and business forecast
- Prepare month-end closing and responsible for monthly management reporting and financial analysis duties
- Enhance managers and employees’ awareness of the existing corporate, service line/regional policies and procedures, control implementation, and their respect for those policies
- Standardise, implement and control the necessary accounting and management information systems which comply with the group’s financial rules and local compliance and assist in year-end audit and tax computation
From Bidding to Delivery
- Assist in bidding, costing and verifying business case related financial working assumptions and financials, handle risk assessment, financing requirements and profitability estimation for new projects and to advise management on the financial viability of business opportunities
- In delivery, follow up project and business profitability. Work closely with Project managers and operations to ensure the quality of project data, identify and resolve issues and problems, to control efficiency and productivity.
Assisting the Accounting Manager with
- Accounts Payable Function
- Accruals monitoring
- Invoice processing, payment runs, Vendor Database maintenance
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Good team player
- Knowledge in SAP and Oracle will be an advantage
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
- Min of 3 years related experience
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS office application
- Desire to excel and achieve given objectives
