In addition, Super Grads will improve their technical knowledge as well as the importance of the profit-to-member ethos.

Through AIST, Super Grads will also be exposed to significant learning opportunities including training, attendance to our major annual conference, two residential retreats, formal mentoring, career development planning and educational seminars.

Graduates can come from a broad cross section of disciplines including finance, law and marketing to name a few. Over the years the Super Grads have moved into various leadership positions ranging from Executive Manager, Campaign Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Media Specialist and more!

The overall purpose of the Super Grads program is to ensure the successful development of future leaders who are genuinely committed to making a difference in the profit-to-member super industry.
