Work around 8:45-5:30/6 pm usually but some days I will stay later till 7:30pm latest.

The company doesn't have a strict face-time culture. We have the flexibility to step out during the day or come in later when we have personal appointments to attend. I have been able to work from home in the morning while expecting a furniture delivery. We generally have a lot of flexibility as long as your manager and team are informed and deadlines are met.
